SYNC has developed a unique patented solution to enable local synchronization of TV content and advertising on mobile devices (within applications, websites, Google Adwords, Facebook….) using its Fingerprint Matching Technology (FMT). SYNC solutions are unique and not relying upon the use of personal data.
SYNC’s technology is present in about 60 million app downloads and in many websites from France’s leading publishers. SYNC works already with more than 200 of the largest advertisers.

SYNC, is a highly talented and highly motivated team in Sèvres (region of Paris, France) and New York, NY (USA), looking for and proposing solutions that deliver new forms of media interactivity. Its pilot, Laurant Weill, is a serial entrepreneur and member of the French high-tech community.
Passionate about new media and entertainment technologies, Laurant started his first video game company right after his biochemistry and computer science studies. Laurant has imagined and created many successful services from gaming to interactive TV, from sports to advertising; at the convergence of innovative content, storytelling and next-generation technologies. As C.E.O. of SYNC, and always a true entrepreneur, he enjoys envisioning the future of our industry, and actively building it with our clients worldwide.
Holding a degree in electronics engineering and telecom from the University of Sherbrooke (Canada), Hugo Picard began his career working for Videotron, one of Canada's leading telecom operators. He was actively involved in the design and deployment of Videotron’s new generation of TV platform. Looking for new challenges, he moved to France in 2011 to join Visiware, world leader in iTV and second-screen experiences, as operation manager in charge of a broad product portfolio. Hugo later joined SYNC and became its CTO in 2017. Under his leadership, a team of engineers and developers design and deploy tomorrow’s e-marketing technologies.
Successively CFO of 2 internationally established and market-leading companies specializing in data storage and backup solutions, she then joined Visiware, a leader in the Interactive TV space. In 2004 she founded her consulting company in management and administration.
Florence then join SYNC since its creation in 2015.
With a Marketing Master from Paris Dauphine University, Pamela started building operational marketing knowledge and skills in large luxury beauty companies, such as Cartier, Tom Ford & Chanel. Motivated by new opportunities and challenges, she founded her own clothes rental brand. As a C.E.O of her own company, Pamela developed new marketing and managing skills. Always motivated by new challenges and innovative offers, Pamela joined SYNC in 2017 to develop the communication and visibility of the brand.
Holder of a communication and media MBA, Olivier has first worked for Orange, in the sponsoring and partnership department.
He then worked for the media agency Dentsu. Attracted by start-up, he contributes to the launch and evangelization of the advertising agency Spotify.
In order to get a global vision of the digital disposals offered by the market, he then joins the french group Kwanko during 8 years.
In wich he becomes in charge of the mobile’s department business development.
He joins Sync in February 2019, where he works as the commercial director and intends to spread his vision and strategy.
Rémi is founder and managing partner of Miluna Productions & Consulting , a consulting advisory firm in media distribution & innovation & digital marketing. He brings a 360° experience on the whole media value chain, with various sales & marketing VP positions : 7 years for a leading national and Paneuropean television (TF1 & Eurosport), 9 years for telcos directly (Monaco Telecom, lately Orange) or indirectly (Netgem selling TV middleware and VOD/SVOD services all over Europe), 5 years for leading int’l producers. Before joining Warner Bros. as a Vice President Sales, Home Entertainment France & Benelux in 2015, Rémi Tereszkiewicz , Rémi served as Director of Lagardère Entertainment Digital (LED), where he produced digital content and developed the advertising digital video strategy for the Lagardère Active brands.
Gerard is a technology for media and entertainment executive with decades of experience bringing new products and services to market. Gerard is founder and managing partner of Next Media Partners, LLC, a unique executive consulting and advisory firm at the intersection of technology and media. Gerard has advised companies from the Fortune 50 tech and media companies to startups from Silicon Valley, on business, branding, technology, and advertising strategy. Gerard has been an executive consultant to Microsoft, an executive at Comcast, including president of Comcast’s GuideWorks division, and founder of Comcast’s User Experience organization. He is author of two technology books, and the holds 13 patents for interactive media.
